安費諾亮泰企業股份有限公司（下稱『安費諾亮泰』，及其關系企業『昆山安費諾正日電子有限公司』）於2017年4月24日中國深圳中級人民法院起訴控告中國連接器制造商『深圳喬合裏科技股份有限公司』及其經銷商『東莞市泰莫斯電子科技有限公司』（合稱『喬合裏』）侵害專利權，中國深圳中級人民法院於2018 年 5 月 4 日判決喬合裏侵害安費諾亮泰專利權。
安費諾亮泰於該訴訟中主張喬合裏所制造及銷售之產品侵害其數個防水連接器專利；中國深圳中級人民法院判定喬合裏侵害安費諾亮泰之專利權，並應立即停止制造、使用、銷售、邀約銷售侵權產品，並判定喬合裏賠償安費諾亮泰之經濟損失。
安費諾亮泰將持續保護其專利以及知識產權，並在適當且必要時於任何國家對智慧財產侵權尋求法律保障。
